Privacy Statement
At ProgressBank we recognize that privacy and security of personal financial information is a concern to our customers. We have taken care in establishing and implementing policies and procedures to protect this information. Your privacy is considered in all aspects of our business.
It is our policy not to disclose any nonpublic personal information about you to nonaffiliated third parties unless disclosure is:

- Specifically allowed by law, or
- Requested by the customer, directly or indirectly.
Customers and consumers with relationships established for personal, family, and household use will receive an initial written disclosure describing the Bank’s Privacy Policy prior to establishing a customer relationship and annually thereafter.
Collection of Nonpublic Personal Information:
We may collect nonpublic, personal information from its customers from these sources:
- Information we receive from you on applications or other forms;
- Information about your transactions with us, our affiliates, or others; and
- Information we receive from a consumer reporting agency or employment references.
Disclosure of Nonpublic Personal Information for Marketing Purposes:
We may disclose all of the information we collect, as described above, to companies that perform marketing services on our behalf or to other financial institutions with whom we have joint marketing agreements.
Account Numbers:
We will not share account numbers or a similar form of access number to a nonaffiliated third party for marketing purposes, except as allowed for ProgressBank's own marketing efforts or with your authorization.
Contracts with Service Providers:
Contracts with service providers and other companies that provide services on our behalf will be modified to include requirements that the third-party maintain the confidentially of customer information. We will only provide them with information that we believe is necessary to fulfill their responsibilities or to provide a financial service to you.
Medical Information:
We recognize that when a customer provides us with medical information for a specific purpose they do not expect it to be used for other purposes. Therefore, we will not share medical information unless authorized by our customer.
Confidentiality and Security of Nonpublic Personal Information:
We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees who need to know that information to provide products and services to you or to administer your account(s). Our employees are informed of their responsibility to protect confidential customer information and we have implemented appropriate disciplinary policies to help enforce employee privacy responsibilities. In addition, we maintain administrative, technical, electronic, and physical safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard your nonpublic personal information.
Former Customers:
If you decide to close your account(s) or become an inactive customer, we will adhere to the privacy policies and practices as described in this notice.
