*Subject to regulatory limit of six (6) transfers or payments (preauthorized, automatic, by telephone or from a personal computer) from your money market or savings account per statement cycle with no more than three (3) being by check or check card to a third party. The preauthorized or automatic transactions may be initiated by PC Banking, Online Banking or standing order.
*Fee will be assessed for each transfer in excess of six (6) and each check in excess of three (3) per monthly statement period. Limit does not apply to in-person withdrawals or withdrawals at an ATM. If you exceed the restrictions more than three times in a 12-month period, we will close the savings or money market account and transfer the funds to a checking account.

Certificates of Deposit
Progress Bank offers fixed-rate Certificates of Deposit with terms of 7 days to 60 months. With CDs of $10,000 and above, enjoy Free Notary Services, Free Official Checks, Free Telephone Banking, Free Online Banking & Bill Pay.
The Progress Flexible Certificate of Deposit, with a term of 36 months, allows you to make 1 withdrawal per year (not to exceed 1/3 of original principal), 1 rate bump at customer request (extends maturity), and 1 additional deposit of at least $5,000 per year.
Individual Retirement Accounts
Progress Bank provides both Traditional and Roth IRA plans to maximize retirement savings. Certificates of Deposit are our most popular IRA savings option, allowing you to lock in high Annual Percentage Yield rates with deposits for fixed periods of time. We offer terms from 7 days to 60 months with extremely competitive rates and flexible distribution options for tax management and estate planning. Earnings may grow tax-deferred and may be deductible from current income, depending on the plan you choose.
Traditional and Roth Money Market IRAs are great options for accumulating IRA funds before you invest in higher yield term IRA certificates, transfer to another IRA, or as you anticipate mandatory annual IRA distributions. Enjoy flexibility, higher interest rates and the security of your principal. You have immediate access to move your IRA funds into an IRA, CD or other IRA custodian account with no bank-imposed withdrawal penalties.
