The U.S. Treasury has implemented a program entitled Go Direct. This program requires that all Federal Benefit Checks be switched from paper checks to electronic payments by March 1, 2013. As a recipient of this benefit you will have two options for receiving your benefits. (Option 1: Direct Deposit or Option 2: Direct Express Debit MasterCard) If you do not make a decision by this date the U.S. Treasury will deposit your funds via the Direct Express Debit MasterCard. There will be NO delay in you receiving your funds.
